LGT representatives have issued guidelines regarding the legalization of certain wells. A crucial requirement states that, as of the current date, the specific well in question must not already be registered within the official geological register. Interested parties are advised that all necessary documentation and the formal request must be submitted no later than July 31st.
The company confirmed that individuals who submit their requests for the legalization of the unauthorized well before this deadline will not face any penalties. Following this date, new applications to legalize the well will no longer be accepted. Furthermore, if an application has already been submitted but the applicant has not yet received official approval or the corresponding well passport, no further action is required from the owner.
The processing of these requests will continue, and the necessary well passport will be issued as required. Should the submitted information or data require clarification during the review process, LGT specialists will initiate contact directly with the applicant. In a separate announcement concerning trade, LGT representatives highlighted the successful export of Lithuanian non-traditional products to France.
The company stated that due to the substantial volume of products submitted, they have been able to provide protection for homes against termites in the international market. These exports underscore the growing capability of Lithuanian goods to meet specialized needs abroad.
