Two Tesla cars were targeted by robbers in Vilnius – the loss exceeds 51 thousand euros

Police authorities reported two separate vehicle thefts that occurred on July 15 in Vilnius. The incidents took place at the Ozo g. parking lot.

The first theft was reported at 2:40 p.m., involving the disappearance of a 2022 model Tesla, resulting in an estimated loss of 24,200 euros. Later that day, at 6:20 p.m., a second vehicle, a 2019 Tesla Motors model, was stolen from the same parking area. The police noted that various personal items were left unsecured at the scene of this second theft.

Authorities confirmed that criminal cases have been opened concerning these two specific incidents of vehicle theft in Vilnius. In related criminal activity reported on the same day, other thefts were also recorded. In one instance, two individuals were reported for stealing merchandise from a store in Radviliškis, specifically taking nine bottles of vodka.

Separately, a 12,000 euro SUV, identified as a Land Rover, was stolen from a parking lot in the Švenčionių district. The police department confirmed that investigations are underway regarding all reported thefts, citing relevant sections of the Criminal Code. The documentation confirms that the loss associated with the two Tesla thefts, combined with other reported losses, amounts to a significant total.
