Sinkevičius’s press officer, Gedas Salyga, the official confirmed to Eltai on Wednesday that the doctoral work in question was completed, publicly defended, and remains accessible. The dissertation is currently available to the public at the National Martynas Mažvydas Library. Salyga explained that ISM Vadybos ir ekonomikos universitetas had contacted the Prime Minister regarding the failure to upload the material to the eLABa platform.
He further stated that the Prime Minister subsequently signed a contract ensuring the public display of the work within the eLABa system.
