Despite the variance between asking and final sale prices, Vilnius continues to be the most expensive city in the region, although it maintains a leading position concerning growth rate. Separately, the city is implementing a new service intended to mitigate teacher shortages. This new resource, while initially designed to address educational needs, will be made available to a broader segment of the population.
