One individual, born in 1975, was reportedly intoxicated, registering a blood alcohol concentration of 2.02 promille.
The second party involved was identified as a Lithuanian army soldier, born in 2001. The confrontation escalated into a physical fight, during which both men reportedly attacked one another. Following the incident, both individuals were apprehended by authorities and subsequently taken to the police station for processing.
Authorities have initiated an ongoing pre-trial investigation concerning allegations of violence within a family setting. The situation falls under the scope of the Criminal Code, which addresses violence perpetrated against family members or relatives. The law stipulates that any person who inflicts physical pain or slight injury upon a family member, or renders them temporarily incapacitated through beating or other abuse, is subject to penalties.
