A Kaunas man was robbed in his own home

Police authorities reported an incident of robbery that occurred on July 22 at approximately 2:00 p.m. in the Kaunas district, specifically on Pašilės g. According to the department’s report, a man, born in 1958, was at his residence when the incident took place.

After the man opened his door, an unidentified intruder entered, followed by a second individual. The report indicates that the intruder physically assaulted the man, striking him in the face. During the confrontation, the assailant managed to steal the man’s wallet, which was found to contain cash totaling 6,000 euros.
