On Saturday morning, at approximately 8:30 a.m., a 36-year-old man was brought to Šiauliai hospital from his residence in Kalnelis. A second, more serious incident occurred on July 31, around 9 p.m. During a conflict, a 53-year-old man discharged a small-caliber revolver, identified as an “ALFA 640,” at another person. The weapon and associated ammunition were recovered by law enforcement.
The 53-year-old man was taken into custody at the local police station.
