The legendary pool is not finding a buyer – it has cut the price significantly

The Bank of Lithuania has announced plans to auction off real estate located in the Vitės quarter again, with the upcoming auction scheduled for the end of August. The initial starting price for the property has been set at 1.72 million euros. This effort follows previous attempts in May and in 2025, where the required bid reached at least 1.87 million euros; however, the property was not successfully sold during those occasions.

This property, situated on Gulbių street, comprises a substantial facility, including a pool with a total area of 1,500 square meters, alongside a dormitory structure spanning 2,000 square meters.
