RC has completed a comprehensive mass assessment of land and buildings, resulting in the preparation of new mass assessment reports. Public consultation regarding these land and building assessment documents is scheduled to commence shortly throughout Lithuania. During this period, residents will have the opportunity to review the assessment outcomes, submit inquiries, provide comments, and offer suggestions.
The public discussion phase for the mass assessment documents is scheduled to take place between August 31 and September 11 of this year. Separately, the Tesonet Group company has taken over operations of a hotel located in the capital city center. In other institutional news, the Registrar Center has announced a new leader.
During an address, the new leadership outlined the immediate priorities for the Center’s activities. Furthermore, the Registrar Center’s system experienced disruptions, which were attributed to connectivity issues.
