At least 2 teenagers were seriously injured in a knife attack at a Swedish school

A gunman armed with a sword reportedly entered Brinely school, resulting in multiple injuries, according to reports from the Fagešta municipality. Region Health Director Jonas Cederberg informed AFP that at least two individuals were admitted to the hospital after the attack. The two victims, aged 12 and 17, were described as having been seriously injured.

Health care officials confirmed that both individuals are currently stable. One of the seriously injured victims required emergency surgery at the facility’s emergency department. Furthermore, a third person sustained injuries, though the nature of these injuries has not yet been determined, and this individual was en route to the hospital.
