According to Giedrė Sinkevičė, Deputy Director of the Employment Service, the landscape of job advertisements for educators is undergoing a noticeable shift. She stated that many current openings are advertised as part-time positions or require teachers to work in multiple capacities.
These types of advertisements for primary and secondary education teachers now comprise approximately two-thirds of all job proposals for educators.
