Evaldas Stropus, head of the Pharmaceutical Reimbursement Department at the State Health Insurance Fund, stated that maintaining this list is crucial to ensure patients can access vital drugs, even during unforeseen circumstances. The comprehensive list undergoes a scheduled review every six months. Furthermore, it can be updated more frequently if new generic drugs are added for reimbursement.
