Bosniakses will arrive in Vilnius in good spirits – their prize at home is the Italian national team

Serbia achieved a notable victory against Iceland in a basketball match played at home, securing a 102-73 win with scores recorded in the quarters as 25:27, 27:15, 18:19, and 32:12. This marked the fifth consecutive success for the Serbian team. Following this win, Italy, also the five-time winner, secured a group victory.

The fourth quarter proved decisive, as Serbia overcame a nine-point deficit established after the first three quarters. Key contributors for Serbia included Nikola Tanaskovičius, who scored 23 points, including four three-pointers, and Nikola Jovičius, with 21 points. Marko Guduričius added 17 points, along with three three-pointers and six rebounds.

Notably, Nikola Jokićius recorded only 6 points in 23 minutes. Other scorers included Elvar Fridrikssonas, a newcomer from Klaipėda, who scored 19 points and grabbed five rebounds, and Martin Hermannsson, who scored 18 points.
