Two separate traffic incidents were reported in different locations on the evening of the accident reports. The first collision occurred around 8:18 p.m. in the Švenčionys district, near Mylioniai village, on the Švenčionys-Adutiškis road.
Initial reports indicate that three vehicles were involved when a man operating a 1997 Toyota Yaris veered into the opposing lane. This action caused the Yaris to strike the rear of a 1976 Toyota Corolla Verso, which was being driven by a man born in 1977. Subsequently, the Yaris collided head-on with a Mazda CX 5, driven by another man born in 1977.
The drivers of the Toyota Yaris and the Mazda CX 5 sustained injuries and were transported to a hospital for treatment. A separate incident involving pedestrian and cyclist injuries took place in Vilnius on Rokų street. In this event, a Škoda driver was involved in a collision with a truck, which subsequently led to the Škoda striking a pedestrian.
Authorities reported that three individuals were injured in total, including two cyclists.
