Initial reports confirmed that neither the responding officers nor the residents sustained any injuries.
Following the event, an “Arrest” plan was enacted, and a large number of police personnel began searching for the man, who was reportedly born in 1980. Separately, police were also alerted to reports of shots fired near a multi-apartment building on P. Vaičiūnas street at 22:10.
