A recent survey indicates a positive trend among consumers switching to Tele2, with findings suggesting that value and cost savings are key drivers for these changes. Specifically, the data reveals that eight out of ten customers who switched to Tele2 reported paying less for services compared to their previous providers, with most also noting overall financial savings following the transition. Petras Masiulis, Vice President and General Director of Tele2 for the Baltic States, addressed these findings, emphasizing that the company’s core commitment is providing high-quality services at an accessible price point.
He stated that the company recognizes that modern customers are looking for more than just cost reduction; they also prioritize reliable service delivery. Consequently, Tele2 focuses its efforts on ensuring that its customer base receives transparent service packages, convenient support, and solutions tailored to daily requirements. The survey results suggest that the decision-making process for these customers extends beyond merely comparing monthly bills.
Instead, the data points toward a greater emphasis on the overall price-performance ratio offered by the provider. Furthermore, the majority of surveyed customers who opted to switch accepted the initial offer presented by Tele2. This indicates that the combination of perceived savings and service quality is highly influential among consumers currently evaluating their service providers.
