Two separate incidents involving the theft of personal property have been reported in Vilnius, prompting the initiation of criminal investigations by local authorities. On one occasion, around 4:30 p.m., several bicycles were reported stolen from a garage located on Žemojoje street in Vilnius. The property loss associated with this incident totaled 1,250 euros.
The items reported stolen included two bicycles from the “Scott” brand and one bicycle from the “Cube” brand. Later that evening, a second theft occurred in the city. At approximately 10:30 p.m., an electric bike, identified as an “Engwe M20,” was stolen from an area on Švitrigailos street.
This second loss was valued at 1,404 euros. Authorities have confirmed that investigations are underway regarding both incidents. The thefts highlight ongoing concerns regarding the security of personal transportation assets in the area.
The police are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the theft of these valuable bicycles and the electric bike. Residents are advised to secure their property, as the authorities continue to process reports related to the stolen items across Vilnius.
