She has resided in Karoliniškės since 2001, and the area has become a long-term home for her family. While the district has historically been referred to as a Soviet-era residential area, she observes that the current reality is significantly different. This perceived improvement and the potential for direct civic contribution motivated her participation.
Residents, she explained, were highly encouraged by the chance to contribute tangible ideas toward the district’s ongoing transformation.
