The activity of the Registrų centras was again disrupted: the connection to the system was interrupted

System disruptions were reported recently concerning services provided by the Registrų centro. According to information released by the organization, technical issues caused temporary service interruptions that were subsequently resolved. Mindaugas Samkus, a representative for the Registrų centras, confirmed to Eltai that on Tuesday morning, specific systems within the centro experienced connectivity problems.

These disruptions affected several specialized platforms, including the Juridinių asmenų registro, the Informacinė sistema dėl tarpininkų, and the “GeoMatininkas.” These particular services are utilized by specific professional groups, such as surveyors, legal practitioners, and notaries. Mr. Samkus noted that while the disruptions were significant for these specialized areas, the primary self-service system—which serves the general public—remained operational throughout the incident.

He confirmed that clients were able to access the main self-service platform without interruption. The centro issued updates confirming that the connectivity issues were successfully mitigated by the afternoon. Following the resolution, access to all affected systems, including the specialized platforms, was restored, allowing users to connect normally to the centras services.

The proactive communication regarding the temporary service outages ensured stakeholders were informed about the status of the various digital assets managed by the institution.
