Drunk and helpless Lithuanian conscript soldier from Švenčionių district overturned a car (1)

On July 26th, at approximately 5:06 a.m., an incident occurred in Nevieriškės village, located in the Švenčionių district, as reported by the Police Department. The incident involved a Toyota Yaris driven by a lithuanian military conscript, who was reportedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Authorities noted that the driver, born in 2004, was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, with a recorded blood alcohol concentration of 1.25 promille, and was reportedly not authorized to drive at the time.

The vehicle subsequently left the roadway and overturned during the incident. Police reports confirmed that, fortunately, no individuals sustained any injuries from the traffic accident. Following the incident, the conscript was processed and recorded under three separate articles of the Administrative Code.

The details provided by the Police Department indicate a clear violation of traffic safety regulations combined with impaired driving. The investigation focused on the circumstances leading to the vehicle leaving the road. The presence of the high blood alcohol level and the unauthorized operation of the vehicle were the primary factors cited in the official documentation.

The resulting citations addressed the multiple infractions committed during the early morning hours in the Švenčionių district.
