The event, advertised via local social media groups, instructed bikers to convene at the square adjacent to the Circle K gas station starting at 7 p.m. The planned itinerary included a roughly 100 km “medium speed lap,” with organizers encouraging attendees to remain out until dawn.
Participants were advised to ensure their motorcycles were filled with adequate fuel. The activity generated significant noise, audible to residents throughout the city. The public reaction to the event was mixed, with some local commentary questioning the location and the expected level of noise disruption.
One resident noted the potential for significant noise complaints following the late-night gathering on Taikos prospekt. Separately, police in Klaipėda are currently investigating suspected arson based on video footage recovered from the area. Authorities have stated that, following their review, no violations were found in connection with the footage reviewed.
