However, if the family explicitly refuses to receive the necessary help, the Ministry stated that more definitive decisions regarding the safety of the children must be made. The Ministry stressed that while the removal of children is a potential measure, it is always the last resort, reserved for situations where the safety of the children cannot be guaranteed within the existing family structure.
