These improvements include insulating the facade, replacing existing windows and doors, and upgrading the heating, ventilation, water supply, sewage, electricity, and lighting systems.
Furthermore, the plan incorporates the installation of a solar power plant on the roof, ensuring the continued functionality and sustainability of this vital cultural center for the city.
