On Tuesday morning, fuel prices at various service station locations showed increases for both diesel and gasoline. Diesel prices ranged between 1.78 and 2.08 euros, resulting in an average price of 1.93 euros. This represented a 3.6% increase compared to Monday’s average price of 1.86 euros.
The lowest price for diesel was recorded at several locations, including the Baltic Petroleum network station in Vilnius, the Velseka station in Kupiškis, and the Bonsa station in the Tauragė district, where the cost was 1.78 euros. Conversely, the highest price for this fuel type was observed at the I. Stonkuvienė’s trading company station in Kartena, reaching 2.08 euros.
For gasoline, prices fluctuated between 1.69 and 1.96 euros, with the average price settling at 1.85 euros. This figure marked a 3.8% rise compared to Monday’s average price of 1.78 euros. Regarding future trends, the Prime Minister indicated that she would consider extending the existing 50% adjustment related to gas prices.
These fluctuations in gas and diesel prices affect consumers across the network of fuel station outlets, necessitating careful monitoring of the regional cost variations in euros.
