According to Giedrius Vaičiulis, head of the Situation Coordination Department of the Fire Protection and Rescue Department, the frequency of emergency departures peaked on Friday. The Kaunas district was identified as the most affected area during that period. Reports of incidents were also logged in Marijampolė, Alytus, Telšiai, Tauragė, and Utena.

The following day, Saturday, saw a total of ten recorded departures across the country. Of these incidents, five were concentrated in Kaunas, with two reported in Šiauliai, and one in other districts. Operations continued into Sunday, where firefighters also received support.

Looking ahead, the situation coordinator cautioned that the start of the week was anticipated to be challenging, citing expected rain and intermittent thunderstorms. The synoptics have issued warnings regarding anticipated changes in weather patterns over the coming days. The department remains on alert to manage the fluctuating conditions and maintain readiness for any increased emergency response needs.

The data confirms a pattern of elevated activity across several regional centers, requiring sustained vigilance from emergency personnel.
