Klaipėda police authorities have reported a robbery incident that occurred early in the morning hours of June 23 in Klaipėda. According to the Klaipėda County Police Office, the assault took place at a bar located on Taikos prospektas. The victim, a man born in 1969, was reportedly attacked by unknown individuals.
The assailants not only physically assaulted the man but also stole several personal belongings. The reported losses include a Samsung mobile phone, a bank payment card, an identification card, 120 euros in cash, a gold chain, and a bracelet. Authorities estimate the total value of the stolen items and damages to be approximately 2,000 euros.
The incident was reported to law enforcement shortly after the assault occurred around 0:50 a.m. Police confirmed that a preliminary investigation into the robbery has been initiated. Officers are currently gathering evidence and pursuing leads related to the incident at the establishment on Taikos prospektas.
The investigation aims to identify the perpetrators responsible for the assault and theft.
