Ilona Bukaltienė, head of the “Pieno namai” company, informed the publication that the business is suspending its operations due to the market’s closure. She stated that the company is consequently laying off two employees. Bukaltienė indicated that finding a suitable alternative location during the summer proved impossible, leading the business to decide against renting space elsewhere.
In an effort to retain clientele, the trader is currently exploring options on the same street in Ukmergė, an area that also houses the “Benediktas market.” Nevertheless, she noted that the available choices for relocation are limited.
