Arrested prisoner who did not return to Pravieniškių 1st Prison

On August 21, authorities at Pravieniškių 1st Prison reported that Edgar Kinder, an individual who was sentenced in 1997, had not returned to the facility by 8:30 PM. Following his absence, a search was immediately announced and conducted by criminal intelligence officers from the Lithuanian Prison Service. The search efforts successfully located the sentenced person in the town of Radviliškis, where he was reportedly staying with a former partner.

Upon obtaining the residential address, the officers proceeded to the location. Upon arrival, the individual was apprehended. The arrested person is now scheduled to be returned to the prison to continue serving his sentence under enhanced security protocols.
