According to details provided at a press conference, the individual, identified as Pamela Cisneros, a 49-year-old resident of Kvinso with documented mental health issues, initiated the confrontation. Witnesses stated that Cisneros pulled two large knives from a bag bearing the logo of a well-known retail chain.
