Civinity and Sail Invest acquired Admeo: revealed the amount of the transaction

The reported transaction, valued at 4.3 million euros, has received the necessary clearance from the Competition Council, which granted permission to the acquiring parties in June. According to a statement from Deividas Jacka, chairman of the Civinity group’s board, the transition process for the Admeo entity will begin with foundational operational tasks. The immediate focus involves gathering comprehensive data regarding the status of each property, continuing ongoing planned work streams, and coordinating team activities across the board.

Jacka noted that residents should not anticipate any direct actions from them due to the change in share ownership. Furthermore, the report confirmed that all existing contracts will remain valid, and the Admeo brand identity will be maintained during this initial phase of the transition. The continuity plan emphasizes stability for the workforce.

It is anticipated that Admeo employees will continue their roles within the company structure. Management has outlined organizational decisions designed specifically to preserve core competencies and ensure operational stability throughout the integration. Overall, the focus of the upcoming work is on a smooth handover of assets and services.

The parties involved are prioritizing minimal disruption to current operations while solidifying the structure following the completion of the transaction. This structured approach aims to ensure that the ongoing work and service provision remain consistent for stakeholders while the ownership structure is finalized.
