According to Sigita Stasiūnienė, the director of the Mada shopping center, the commercial activity within the facility shows strong momentum. She reported that over a third of the 22,100 square meters of available leased space is currently occupied. The center already houses several prominent retailers and service providers, including IKI, Gym+, Vision Express, Camelia, Gintarinė vaistinė, Douglas, Eurokos, London Grill, Etno Dvaras, Biržų duona, Formosa, and Vytinti Rūkyti, among others.
Stasiūnienė stated that the existing lease agreements demonstrate significant confidence in the future of the Mada shopping center. Consequently, the management team is actively engaging in negotiations with both established and large brands across the retail, service, and catering sectors. The strategy guiding the development of the center, according to Stasiūnienė, is centered on attracting market leaders who value not only the prime location but also the strategic vision of the property.
The primary objective is to curate a destination that functions as a comprehensive and balanced daily life center. By carefully selecting tenants, the management aims to ensure a diverse and appealing environment for visitors, solidifying Mada’s position within the local commercial landscape. This ongoing effort underscores the commitment to enhancing the overall consumer experience at the shopping center.
