REWO emphasizes that the comprehensive proposal for the “REWO Leičiai” quarter aligns with the overarching project philosophy and its guiding principle: “Living where time is left.” Given its substantial scale, unique concept, and planned infrastructure, the development is anticipated to be one of Vilnius’s most highly awaited residential quarters. Construction for the multi-apartment quarter in Pašilaičiai is scheduled to commence in August. The initial phase is projected to comprise 129 apartments, and reservations for these units are currently underway.
The second phase is slated to begin in the fall. Collectively, the entire project is set to offer buyers 676 apartments, 39 commercial premises, and 655 underground parking spaces. The development in Pašilaičiai is envisioned as a fully realized expansion that will more than double the current area, while still maintaining individual choice.
Infrastructure development is already visible, with water supply reaching the site, which is attracting significant attention. The REWO project aims to establish a major residential hub within the city.
