In Palanga – an exclusive niche perfume evening: famous guests arrived

Gravel, recognized as one of the oldest niche perfume houses in the United States, recently marked its presence in Lithuania with a debut event near the Baltic Sea. The brand, which boasts a fragrance history spanning over six decades, brought its popular scent, Hudson River NY, to introduce itself to local guests. The brand’s new owner, Christian Blessing, traveled to Lithuania to facilitate this launch.

Despite adverse weather conditions, the event drew notable attendees. Among those present were television producer and presenter Rūta Lapė, model and leisurewear designer Simona Starkutė, and Evalda Šiškauskienė, the former president of the Lithuanian Hotels and Restaurants Association. Also in attendance were Shiro Yamasaki, who was visiting Lithuania, and his wife, Yuko Yamasaki, a figure well-known in Japan.

The occasion highlighted the significance of the niche perfume brand’s expansion into the Baltic region. The gathering served as an introduction of the brand’s legacy and its signature scents to the Lithuanian community. The participation of various public figures underscored the local interest in the luxury perfume market and the enduring appeal of Gravel’s established reputation.
