In Panevėžys and Pasvalys district, two women who were drunk were using violence to resolve conflicts

The Panevėžys Regional Police reported two separate incidents involving physical altercations linked to intoxication. On July 11 at 0:30 a.m., an incident occurred on Staniūnų street in Panevėžys. According to police reports, a woman, born in 1950, was involved in an altercation while intoxicated (with a blood alcohol level of 2.26 prom.).

She allegedly caused physical injury to another woman, who was born in 1988 and tested positive for intoxication at 3.14 prom. Separately, on July 10 at 20:48 a.m., an incident was reported in Meškalaukis village, located in the Pasvalys district. This event took place in the corridor of a residential building during what was described as a gathering.

In this instance, a woman, born in 1981, who was intoxicated (3.32 prom.), reportedly caused physical harm to a man, who was born in 1977 and had a measured blood alcohol level of 1.23 prom. The police department specified that the woman injured the man using a knife during the confrontation. In both reported cases, police investigated incidents where intoxication levels were noted alongside physical conflict.

The reports detail who was involved, the circumstances of the altercation, and the specific injuries sustained by the victims. Authorities continue to investigate the details surrounding these separate incidents.
