In September of that same year, “Energoprof” issued a disciplinary penalty, followed by her termination, citing the disclosure of commercial secrets.
The dispute highlighted contrasting claims regarding data handling. While the context included Russia seeking compensation from Europe in a separate court matter, the company maintained that Remizova had violated protocols concerning confidential information. Specifically, the company alleged that in addition to utilizing “DeepSeek,” Remizova had also forwarded sensitive internal documents and correspondence.
