In the last days of summer – a surprise: the weather forecaster warned about the coming changes

A forecaster has indicated that the weather is set to undergo changes over the coming days. For Saturday night, conditions are expected to be unpredictable due to the western edge of an approaching anticyclone. During this period, the sky is forecast to be cloudy with no rainfall, accompanied by winds blowing at 8–13 m/s, and minimum temperatures ranging between 11 and 16 degrees Celsius.

Kaunas, by midday, the atmospheric front’s rain clouds are anticipated to reach the coast and travel across the country. Rainfall is predicted for numerous districts, with forecasts including short-term showers and potential thunderstorms in certain areas. Despite the rain associated with the last weekend of summer, the overall outlook remains pleasant.

Temperatures are projected to warm, reaching up to 26 degrees Celsius in the southeast. Furthermore, the prevailing wind direction is expected to shift from south to southwest, with wind speeds increasing to 9–14 m/s, and reaching as high as 15 m/s in localized spots.
