An independent quality assessment of the mobile network infrastructure across Lithuania was recently concluded, providing detailed performance metrics for the country’s primary service providers. The evaluation, conducted by experts from Rohde & Schwarz near the end of 2025, analyzed critical aspects of the mobile service, including voice call quality and data transmission speeds, across the nation. According to the comprehensive results, the telecommunications company Telia secured the highest overall rating among participating operators.
The assessment awarded Telia 827 points out of a possible 1000, placing the company in first position for overall network performance. The study provided a comparative view of the market. The other major Lithuanian mobile operators were ranked second and third, both receiving a score of 77 points.
The findings indicate a measurable level of service quality across the tested parameters. Representatives from the sector noted that the rigorous testing confirmed the stability and speed capabilities of the leading network. The data suggests that Telia’s infrastructure provides consistent performance for both voice communications and high-speed data usage throughout Lithuanian regions.
