She notes that while early AI solutions primarily functioned as assistants—capable of answering questions or generating content—the current trajectory involves systems that can operate autonomously. Bagdonavičienės explains that the field has moved beyond mere experimentation to become a tangible, operational process.

The fundamental paradigm is shifting away from the simple “ask – answer” mechanism. Instead, the emerging model allows users to “give the goal,” with the AI then taking responsibility for planning and implementing the entire solution independently. This advancement is exemplified by agentic AI, which can autonomously perform complex tasks such as reviewing legal contracts, adjusting operational plans, or resolving intricate technical issues.

She posits that the practical implementation of this real-time AI is gradually reshaping organizational workflows. This development represents a major leap in technology. To facilitate this transformation, the company is actively developing new real-time assistant tools designed for internal employee use.
