According to Kęstutis Vanagas, CEO of YIT Lietuva, current market trends indicate that buyers prioritize more than just individual units when considering a property purchase. He noted that most buyers value a neighborhood not only as a standalone house project but also as a well-established living environment supported by clear infrastructure and a cohesive community structure. The rapid pace of housing sales suggests a stable confidence among potential residents within this part of the city.
Vanagas stated that buyer interest extends beyond the size of an apartment or the view from a window; instead, purchasers are increasingly focused on the overall quality of the environment they anticipate living in over the next several years. This sentiment is reflected in the development occurring at Mėdgauskų g. 28A.
The new structure is a six-story building designed with an A++ energy efficiency rating. The development will feature apartments ranging in size from 47.3 to 112 square meters, alongside three commercial premises situated on the ground floor. Further enhancing the area’s utility, the project includes the installation of a two-house underground parking facility, providing 65 parking spaces in addition to designated areas for motorcycles.
These amenities contribute to the overall vision of creating a comprehensive and desirable residential locale for the community.
