Police reports detail multiple assault incidents occurring in the Raseiniai district and Šiauliai on August 8th. At approximately 9:50 PM in Trakinių village, Raseiniai district, law enforcement reported an assault involving multiple individuals. The victims, a man born in 1977 and a woman born in 1978, were both found to be drunk, with recorded blood alcohol levels of 2.13 prom.

This individual refused medical assistance. Separately, earlier on the same day at 6:00 AM in Šiauliai, on S. Nėries street, a separate violent confrontation took place.
A man born in 1986, who was drunk (2.09 prom.), assaulted a woman born in 1985, who was also reported as drunk (1.08 prom.). In all documented cases, the police noted the presence of intoxication among the involved parties.
