R. Vaikšnoras emphasized that the current situation necessitates replacing the existing “Spartan” fleet.
He cited two primary reasons for this urgency: the diminishing availability of spare parts and the increasingly outdated technology embedded within the current equipment. The commander suggested that the moment for this necessary replacement has arrived.
