Specifically, police data from Nepal reports the discovery of 162 deceased bodies. Additionally, state media has confirmed the recovery of three bodies within Tibet. In total, 165 bodies have been found across both sides of the border.
The scope of the impact remains significant, with Chinese data confirming that 558 individuals are currently considered missing within the autonomous Tibet region.
