The controllers demand documents from passengers, but they do not provide them themselves: “The situation was particularly outrageous for the fourth time” (1)

A resident named Evaldas reported recurring issues with public transport enforcement carried out by employees of the security firm Ekskomisarų biuras. Over the past six months, Evaldas claims to have encountered four specific situations where the ticket controllers were unable to provide official work certificates confirming their employment status with the company. According to Evaldas, on three separate occasions when documentation was requested, the controllers reportedly departed without checking passengers’ tickets.

The fourth incident was described by the resident as particularly concerning and was documented via video recording. Following one such incident, which occurred in March aboard the 26th bus at the Gindulių stop, Evaldas contacted the State Labor Inspectorate for investigation. However, the institution reportedly concluded that no violations had taken place and therefore did not initiate an official inquiry.

The account details a pattern of non-compliance by the enforcement personnel. The initial concern centered on the inability of the controllers to substantiate their authority. Despite these reported issues within the public transit system, the narrative concludes with a separate observation: the filming of a motor vehicle accident that took place on a busy street within the capital city.
