The Vilnius County Police Department reported several incidents involving impaired driving and vehicle collisions throughout the day on June 20 in Vilnius. Early in the morning, two separate collisions were reported. At 1:50 a.m.

on Dvaro g., a Subaru car was involved in an accident after being driven by a man, born in 1966, whose blood alcohol level was measured at 1.56 promiles (0.08). Later, at 2:00 a.m. on Tūkstantmečio g., a man, born in 1980, was operating a BMW car.

Authorities detected obvious signs of inebriation, and the individual declined a blood alcohol test. The incidents continued throughout the day. Around 11:59 a.m.

in Kijonių village, located within the Vilnius district, a motorcycle driven by a man (born in 1980) with a recorded BAC of 3.10 promiles struck a Toyota car. Later that day, in the Šilalės district, police responded to a dramatic sequence of events. At approximately 20:40 on Kovo 11-osios g., a young man suspected of intoxication was involved in a chase, culminating in collisions with police officers and subsequently with a car.
