The Eika Group company bought a logistics center in Germany for 17 million euros

The Polish company, Eika Asset Management, a subsidiary of the larger eika group, has completed a significant real estate acquisition in Germany. The group acquired 156,000 square meters of leased warehouse space, alongside 3.4 hectares of land, from the German real estate development firm, E-Group. Financially, the transaction was substantially supported by Berliner-Volksbank, which provided financing for more than half of the total acquisition cost.

This latest purchase reflects the ongoing expansion strategy of the eika group within the German market. According to Domas Dargis, the General Director of the Eika Group, the company has been systematically seeking investment opportunities in Germany for the past two years. Eika Asset Management, which is based in Poland, has been actively targeting tangible assets across Germany.

The acquisition from E-Group marks a key development in the company’s portfolio diversification and its commitment to establishing a substantial operational presence within the country. The purchase of both leased warehouse space and underlying land suggests a strategic, long-term investment approach aimed at bolstering the group’s assets base in Central Europe.
