The total investment allocated for the project is set at 4.4 million euros, with an average unit price established at 3,471 euros per square meter. According to Donatas Daukša, head of the company, the primary goal when conceptualizing the project was to provide residences that cater to individuals who value both accessible city amenities and a more relaxed lifestyle.
Daukša noted that Kalnėnai is currently recognized as one of Vilnius’s fastest-developing and most desirable districts, indicating sustained demand for quality housing within the area. The design philosophy of the project emphasizes thoughtful integration of landscaping, privacy features, and highly functional solutions. This focus, Daukša stated, is intended to enable residents to establish their daily routines at a more manageable pace.
The development aims to blend the benefits of urban proximity with an environment conducive to a slower, more deliberate quality of life within the greater Vilnius area.
