The survey data indicates that among the government heads examined, S. Skvernelis received the highest overall positive rating. During his tenure, the peak positive evaluation he achieved was 74% of the adult population.
Conversely, the highest negative evaluation recorded for him stood at 49%. Comparing this to other periods, the ministerial cabinet led by A. Butkevičius between 2012 and 2016 recorded a highest positive evaluation of 72%, while its highest negative evaluation reached 58%.
Furthermore, the prime minister’s office, during the 2006–2008 period, saw a peak positive rating of 69%, with a corresponding highest negative evaluation of 58%. The findings provide a quantitative measure of public sentiment toward the political leadership who held office during these respective times. The analysis helps contextualize public opinion trends by comparing the performance metrics of different administrations over the specified period.
