The development slated for this area represents the largest project of its kind in the history of Vilnius, encompassing a total expanse of approximately 85 hectares. This undertaking is designed not as an isolated district, but as a fully integrated component of the city, incorporating comprehensive infrastructure from its inception. The planning phase has been extensive, resulting in the preparation of two detailed master plans, each covering roughly 59 hectares.
Furthermore, work is concurrently progressing on a third conceptual plan, which accounts for an additional 25.67 hectares. Alongside these blueprints, the company is actively engaged in detailed design work for the entire site. Following a competitive architectural selection process concluding in 2024, contracts have been awarded to nine distinct architectural offices.
The aggregate scope of work covered by these contracts amounts to approximately 20 million euros. Developers emphasize that the vision for this territory extends far beyond mere construction. The comprehensive plan for this section of Vilnius includes the meticulous integration of thoroughfares, public green spaces, educational facilities, kindergartens, and essential commercial and service infrastructure.
This holistic approach ensures convenient transportation links and a cohesive urban environment, addressing all facets of modern city living from the outset.
