They have distributed 13 million euros a day and are looking for a double amount: they promise to give more support

The Ministry of Energy has announced plans for increased financial support for residential energy initiatives. According to the ministry, an additional 18 million euros is slated for the kilowatt (kW) support measure for households, and another 9 million euros is designated for storage devices, both scheduled for the second half of 2026. Furthermore, the ministry’s preliminary plan indicates that a total of 24 million euros was allocated this year to assist individuals in purchasing solar panels and storage equipment.

To date, 13 million euros have been disbursed, following the announcement of support for solar panels earlier in June. Separately, Greenpeace members are reportedly engaging in activities aimed at enhancing energy independence and mitigating pollution. In a separate allocation for the current year, an additional 17 million euros was provided to support systems that incorporate solar panels and storage devices capable of generating power.

These figures underscore ongoing governmental and non-governmental efforts to bolster renewable energy adoption. The Ministry of Energy continues to manage these significant financial allocations across various support mechanisms involving millions of euros.
