His analysis indicated that the nation’s military economy is currently experiencing stagnation. This slowdown, according to the report, is attributed to a combination of factors, including high levels of defense expenditure, strict monetary policy restrictions, international sanctions, and the ongoing impact of the conflict in Ukraine.

Separately, reports emerged detailing personnel changes within the state-owned corporation VEB. Igor Shuvalov, the head of VEB, reportedly dismissed A. Klepač on Sunday.

This action followed media coverage of Klepač’s assessments, which were understood to have originated from directives received from senior sources.
